- "Our basin didn't drain properly, the room decor was truly awful. It seemed shabby. And the metro rumbled under the hotel."

- "The hotel windows are not sound proof and you hear the street a lot! It's located on a busy street and it's very hard to sleep because of non- stop street traffic. The beds are also extremely hard and not comfortable."
