What did you like the most?: "The position of the hotel was appropriate for our activity"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was no restaurant on site for dinner. The restaurant that they sent us to - supposedly associated and with 10% discount - was totally at a different price range to Palladio itself. The restaurant was nice and expensive whilst all we wanted was a substantial and wholesome meal."

The man from reception was kind! The breakfast was nice,but theres no
fresh bread..."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Theres no free internete at bedroom...It is really bed,if you want wi fi there,you have to pay!!! Unless you go to lobby and you can use there for free!"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "All is done to make extra money. Obviously this has priority over customer satisfaction. Many pay options on tv, but normal channels not easy to find. Eggs and other options for breakfast must be paid extra. Internet is very expensive. The receptionists were not friendly and not good either. They even forgot to give one of our passports back. No soap and other toiletries in the room; only small soap containers, which you would not expect from a four star hotel. The twin rooms contained two beds which stood only a few centimeters apart from each other. The room was very dark; the lamps hardly provide any light. Rather small parking area. Four stars is heavily over rated."
