- "The location wasn't very central. The tram station was a 10 minute walk away but the metro station was very far away. Unfortunately, we had no idea on the first day because the receptionist hadn't informed us accurately -we also ended up finding a closer tram station only on the very last day-. In addition, the breakfast wasn't sufficient; there weren't enough options and you had to tell the staff to bring cheese to the buffet if it was finished. A customer shouldn't have to point out what's missing from the buffet every single time. As a family of three, we preferred to stay in a triple room. However, the third bed wasn't suitable for our 18-year-old girl; it was like the bed of a 13 year old Chinese boy!!! I know that the size of the third bed isn't the greatest concern of many travellers, but for families of three, I certainly don't recommend this hotel. The receptionists weren't very helpful either. We had difficulty locating tram and metro stations and found out that The Liechtenstein Museum, recommended by the receptionist, which is very close to the hotel is actually closed. The wireless internet couldn't be accessed from the upper floors as well."
