- "The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk to Piazza San Carlo which is stunning, the Hotel itself is beautiful and offers an excellent selection at Breakfast, the Fantastic staff at Hotel Genova are very warm and always more than happy to help, we would definetely stay there again. Grazie"

- "Very nice location, good facilities, authentic, clean, well kept rooms, good breakfast."

- "AC system is centrally operated, Italian standards concerning hot and cold differ from mine."

- "Very Good Hotel in a great location with a the appropriate Italian city style. The staff were English speaking, very friendly and helpful. We had an most enjoyable stay."

- "Our room was smart and clean, though starting to look a bit tired. The air-conditioning worked, just, but was old and a bit noisy. The public areas of the hotel are very classy and in good order. Very nice breakfast buffet, plenty of choice, though the toaster was a bit iffy. Private car park was a short walk away, not easy to find and bothered me at first, but all was well."
