- "Internet connection was absolutely awful, told it twice like other guests, too. Got the hint to use the access of the Good Hotel and BW Americania, but did not receive their wifi in our room. Breakfast was small, we were told that we could buy a real breakfast in the BW Americania. Ice machine on our level (4th) was extrem loud. A fridge in the room would have been very nice."

- "The staff were super friendly and helpfull. The rooms were clean and comfortable and good value for money. If I ever come back to San Francisco then I will always stay at the Carriage Inn."
