- "I like everything here, staff friendly though sometimes their English is
a bit diffifult to understand. The room was great, good view, and seemed
newly decorated!"

- "Its located on the Lido, only a few minutes walk away from the ferry
boat to get onto the island. Its very well located in terms of bars and
restaurants being close by. The rooms tv have plenty of channels to
choose from and room was clean. The hotel has a pc for the customers to
use which came in handy when needing to check in for our flights and was
able to print our boarding passes off. The hotel staff were helpful and
provided a map of Venice on arrival." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Although the hotel has free wifi it was difficult to actually use. Tickets for wifi connection are provided but we had to request a for fresh tickets on numerous occasions because of duff usernames and passwords on the tickets or because the wifi connection was on a timer and was therefore disconnected after a few hours. Plus the connection is very weak on the 3rd floor so had to sit in lobby to utilise the wifi. This was very frustrating. The classic double actually consisted of 2 single beds pushed together, not great."
