- "EVERYTHING!!!! The room was comfortable, cool with air-conditioner, and spacious. The house was beautifully designed with a romantic and antique feel to it. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, meats/cheeses and fresh breads. The location was perfect: safe and easy to walk to many gourmet restaurants and shops. The best part of the stay, however, was speaking with the owner, Mercedes. She welcomed us with a great map and an abundant amount of information including what to see and where to eat/drink and explore in Mendoza. She even called many restaurants for us so that we would have reservations for New Year's dinner. Many restaurants were either closed or booked for that evening when we arrived, however, Mercedes able to get us reservations at an amazing place near Plaza Italia. I highly recommend Bed and Breakfast Plaza Italia if you would like the feel of old world Argentine charm and a gracious hostess who truly cares that her guests enjoy her establishment and city."

- "We were cordially received at the B&B Plaza Italia. As it was our first time in Mendoza we were explained in English everything in detail: not only restaurants, parks and other useful points of interest within the city, but also what kind of exursions could be done.
In Mendoza a winery tour is a must. We decided to do the tour with Javier, the son of the owner. For a special tour in a small group we can absolutely recommend his tour. With him we could even visit wineries that are normally not open to public.
The B&B offers a delicious breakfast that is also pleasing to the eye.
On the whole the B&B Plaza Italia is a little oasis of comfort in Mendoza."
