Christmas visit with various family members. We spent 4 nights at
the Baymont and 1 night in several other motels along the way. All
of the others were much more expensive, but did not meet the
standards of the Baymont. We liked our room, the heating system, the
bathroom, the beds, the sheets, the cleanliness, the pool, the
breakfast, the staff--everything. On previous trips, I have used the
dependable shuttle service to and from the airport. We will
definitely be back to the Baymont."

- "Room was clean and didn't smell smokey."

- "The "hot" breakfast was very bad. The muffins were hard as rocks. The tables were wobbly and we spilled our drinks. Just needs some work."

- "Easy online booking. Location. Free breakfast was good. Check-in was

- "After we booked our room we started hearing negative comments by others in our family who had stayed there. At first glance, the lobby is lovely and the room looked nice. That was until bed time. The bed as very hard and needs a pillowtop or something. The room was very warm for November and we couldn't sleep because it was so uncomfortable in the room and we could not make it cooler. Light comes in too much around the door. During breakfast, we had to listen to a manager talking about a theft in a room and was loudly discussing it with laundry personnel. At check- out, I had to wait several minutes for the manager to appear -- she had still been talking about the theft and how "it would not happen again!" An employee had to tell her I was out front. I was going to voice our concern about the room, and turned around to go back to the desk, but was ignored for 5 minutes and gave up."

- "It was very comfortable and clean and had a higher end feel art a very adorable price. The location was very convenient, only a few minutes off the interstate."
