- "Central location, working air con."

- "The hotel staff were terrible, I was treated extremely rudely! You are advised to ring 30 minutes before you arrive to allow time for a staff member to meet you at the apartment, I followed this instruction and was still left standing outside the apartment for an hour, my flight from Ireland was almost shorter than the time it took him to come! When he arrived and I challenged him about the cleaning costs that were in the small print that I mistakenly had not seen he got extremely angry told me to collect our things and get out of the apartment. It is right on La Ramblas so is very noisy at all hours. The elevator is broke and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs...not easy in spainish heat. The apartment was not clean and all the cups/plates etc we wanted to use we had to clean as they were disgustingly dirty so they obviously charge 60 euro cleaning charge but dont do a proper clean! In general its overpriced for what you get i wouldn't reccommend staying here at all!!!!"

- "The bed is very bad; hard and very painful for the back. It annoyed us a lot. The air-condition didn't function and it was very hot throughout our stay. The elevator sucks because it has been the slowest elevator we've ever had."
