- "The appartment was really dirty. We think that they even didnt clean it before we arrived."

- "The location was the only aspect we liked."

- "The flat was very basic, the bathroom needed renovating. The bedding was poor. The deposit was 300 euros which was excessive for the quality of flat. In addition they took a 115 euros cleaning fee which was payable on arrival. That is fine however there was a list of requirements on departing the flat . One of the requirements was to clean and tidy the flat and throw the rubbish away. Whats the point of the cleaning fee then. Another rather annoying aspect was that we got a lecture on arrival about the noise level in the building and how we had to respect other tenants. At 3am the people on the top floor not only rang our bell but decided to shout and talk loudly on the stair well and once they arrived at the flat above us. They were also tourists. I wonder if they got a lecture about the noise level and respecting other peoples quiet. I definately will not be staying there again and will not recommend it to any of my friends or family!"

living area so enjoyed hanging out there." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The party in the stairwell (not ours) the first night kept us up alll night but the next two nights were fine. In the top penthouse, the swallows woke me up at 7am with loud noises every morning but I didn't mind getting an early start. All things considered I would stay there again, maybe just bring some ear plugs."

- "Although the location was good at night nobody can sleep. Bars around, people yelling, laughing and drunk until 4 am every day. Terrible if you want to sleep at night."
