About Hotel Barceló Cádiz
The hotel Barceló Cadiz is a new building, modern and comfortable, located in a perfect place that combines relax and business. It’s set right at the heart of Cadiz, in one of its main roads, near the sea promenade that follows the coast line of the beach of Victoria.
It features a vast variety of rooms for all kind of tastes and preferences with a small living room, double bedded, familiar rooms...
It also has a restaurant called Costa de la Luz, where typical southern dishes are served. It has capacity for 100 people and it has private rooms for small groups. It’s also perfect for business meetings, familiar celebrations...
In the hotel’s vicinity, guests can find many touristic attractions, such as the Palace of Congress and the train station (both 2 km away), a shopping center, the casino Bahía de Cádiz, the golf courses Novo Sancti Petri, and the airport of Jerez (30 minutes away by car).

- "The staff, particularly our lady sever at breakfast, were very

- "Although on the schedule, there was no English speaking tv available. Just a blank screen. This reported to Reception but nothing done to correct the issue. Also, switching the tv on required an additional action requiring, when the tv was switched on, the pressing of an additional button on the tv set to gain access to the tv channels. This required a visit by one of the staff to get the tv working. A small addition to the information on the tv card would have obviated the necessity of the attendance of a member of staff to our room. The worst situation was having no proper evening meal offer. As it happened just soup and a sandwich, not what we expect from a four star hotel. My wife has limited mobility, walks with a walking stick, but we still had to go out into inclement weather to find something appropriate. This took a fifteen minute walk. Not acceptable! I have used Barceló Hotels in Spain and have been a major customer in the UK, becoming a "front page" customer, i.e. one of their most regular guests week after week. I took it for granted that the service and facilities would be up to Barceló?s normal standards. My wife and I were sadly disappointed."

- "Parking is a nightmare unless you are willing to pay 25 Euros a day to park under the hotel or in one of the large public car parks nearby."
