What did you like the most?: The hotel is great with its very friendly/helpful staff, big and clean rooms, huge breakfast selection and the pool area. It's not located in the city center but it is right next to the sea and it's an easy cab ride to different neighborhoods to go for dinner at night. I can highly recommend the Othon to everyone - young/old/with or without kids!

What did you like the most?: We chose this hotel because of it's location (not too far from the Old
Town and close to the beaches of Salvador) and we really liked it.
Spacious and clean (not impeccable though) rooms with fantastic beach
views - hotel is overlooking the ocean and you hear the waves. Friendly
and competent staff - we have a portugues speaker in the family so 'm
not sure how it would have been with English only. Good breakfast bar.
We liked the swimming pools.

What did you like the most?: Great Hotel! Big, confortable and clean rooms, incredible ocean-view
breakfast, nice pool for short times of relax. It's not a 5 star hotel,
but certainly a 4 star hotel with a lot of conforts. Kind staff. The
only bad side (that is not that bad) is that internet is available only
in common areas.

What did you like the most?: Considering brazilian standard, the hotel has great cost-benefit
relation. If u intend to visit salvador and u wanna stay within the
citys limit, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is old, yes, it
need some kind of retrofit, yes, but this is the situation of most of
brazilian hotels. Therefore othon place offers a comfortable space to
get rest, and good service. It´s not the best, but it is excellent for
its costs and other benefits.

What did you like the most?: The hotel was well located, extremely clean and the room we had was enormous with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfast was fabulous

What did you like the most?: This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in Brazil, its a 5 star
and as it was Xmas thought we'd treat ourselves. Its a massive hotel
right on the sea front but I wouldn't say that the rooms are 5 star,
although they were nice enough. There is a large swimming pool and pool
bar which overlooks the sea, which is lovely. Breakfast is great too.
