- What did you like the most?
- "The staff was helpfull and the location was great."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The family room was in the basement and very difficult to access. Also, as it was underground there was moist smell. However, the worst were the bedbugs! We were bitten really bad."

- "Breakfast area very small and limited choice of hot food. Did not top up soap and shampoo without being asked."

- "room was large, very comfortable and clean. tea coffee and water was included The hotel was situated in an ideal place for sightseeing. Choice for breakfast very good."

- "we were given a basement room and staircase was very steep and thin,coming up the stair could be dangerous as the top stair met the bottom of the door, if someone opened the door you could be hit on the head.Breafast room was in the reception."

- "Very centrally and conveniently located. Lovely area. Family room was nice size and with it being 2 rooms gave us privacy from the children. Breakfast although simple was excellent."

- "Bit tricky getting luggage down to basement room but we managed."
