- "The hotel was functional"

- "The hotel reception did not read our booking correctly from the online booking made. They seemed ill informed. I thought we had paid for the room online but found credit card detaisl only taken on line for reservation. This was not clear at the time, but not really a problem"

- "Location is very good with basic facilities and attentative staff."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room doors and locks.All room doors shut with a slam which means everyone is woken early. The yale lock seemed very flimsy. Externally the hotel looks grubby, internally it is very clean and presentable."

- "It is easy to find and comfortable once you get checked in. Quiet even though the hotel was busy."

- "The reception staff were not vastly helpful and gave the impression it was a chore them being there. There was inconsistancy between the facilities of each room and we had a disagreement about there not being any soap in one of our groups' rooms. An interesting stay and at least we could see the funny side!"
