- "Room was "not available" on arrival. Had to wait an hour. Went back, they couldn't find the key - wait another half hour. BUT were being moved to a "very special suite", which turned out to be an apartment, that absolutely stank of cigarettes and had no curtains; floor was also dirty. Back to hotel, they found us a non-smoking room - so small that we could not put our 2 cases down and move around safely without moving the furniture. Bathrooom smelled bad. You could hear every noise from all the rooms around. I had paid 506 Euro for a "large" room (as advertised) for a very special occasion. Ms.Orsini (Mgr/Owner) said they would reduce the room rate for us on check out. On check out: no reduction. Basically "get lost". This whole experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. A LOT of money, but the room "not quite as advertised." They kept insisting that the room we were in was a lage "deluxe room.""

had especially traveling as a solo traveller. Wished my wife was there
too. Huge bed, and quarters. A nice kitchenettes. An excellent
spa/whirlpool bath. An excellent shower with Turkish lights. A massage
chair. Two huge TVs in living room and a bedroom (pop up). Good wifi,
breakfast and helpful service staff. Its also very well situated.

- "Brakfast was horrible. No choice, no cups, no friendly staff.. this was absolutely beneath the normal value for money you were suppose to get."
