- "Beautiful old building in the center of the old town. My room had some
nice original molding, exposed brick arches and wooden rafters, and the
bed was clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were very friendly
and helpful." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I booked an en-suite room, but what I got was a room and a private bathroom that were separate - I had to leave my room and take a key to open my private bathroom. I don't think this is what most of us have in mind when we think of a room with private bath, and I think Arthostal should make it clear that this is what you will get at the time of booking. The bathroom was also very poorly ventilated, and had a musty smell. In order to minimize the smell and let the bathroom dry out after showering, I had to leave the door open, meaning that it was no longer a private bath anyway - if other guests had wanted to use it, they could have."
