- "Very excellent staff, I really like the veranda inside the hotel to relax with friends. I would stay in this hotel again next time I visit Europa Park."

- "We decided to spend 2 nights at Europa Park and this hotel was the only one that had available rooms for family. The location is perfect (4 mnt walk to the park). What made our stay comfortable was the owners (The Arndt family) They really deserve all the compliments they're given."

- "I liked the location of the hotel. It is within a walking distance to Europa Park. It is also close to the bus station that transferred us to and from the train station."
