- "The front desk is manned by a single person ... long waits for simple questions. The spa is very nice but the steam room did not work, even though the staff insisted it did. And that was upon his return from a long lunch break when a replacement staff had no idea what was going on. Altogether, I got the felling that the az Biltmore lives off its reputation. I do not foresee us returning."
