- "This is a nice hotel for people on a budget -- it was very classy and the rooms are reasonably large. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. Although it is located between two very busy roads, it was very quiet inside. We had a lovely stay here. It's fairly close to the train station but, although the directions seem clear, we kept missing the turn off and walking extra distance. Hamburg seems full of dead ends and convoluted streets -- be forewarn; you will get lost! We did not try the breakfast (extra cost). There is a fee to use the WiFi but a free computer is provided in the lobby. We chose this hotel because of our limited budget and it was a really nice surprise to get so much comfort for the price. Friendly staff."

- "No complaints. It is a very nice little hotel, near the train station. The only negative is that the WiFi isn't free and breakfast is extra. Nothing else to complain about."
