Friendly helpful staff. Noise from water tank on roof on first night, but when reported at reception no further noise or interruptions.

What did you like the most?: I was allocated exactly the room I requested - 1st floor with seaview. Reception emailed me prior to leaving UK to confirm my flight times and reassured me that my room request had been noted and not to worry. I loved the large sunny balcony. The barman/waiter in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly and remembered my drink preference on my second visit. Although travelling alone I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit.

What did you like the most?: Staff in restaurant are very friendly and food is excellent value for money. The area is extremely quiet and relaxing. Apartments are very good, clean, quite spacious. For a budget holiday this was excellent.

What did you like the most?: from entering the complex were made to feel welcome. apartment perfect, clean and not far from pool . only cost ?10 to extend our stay as our flight was in the late evening. uld recommend to anyone.

What did you like the most?: We loved the tranquility of the place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and yet, only 5/10 Min's walk to the beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. Also the choice of a short taxi ride to the main streets in Puerto Del Carmen for night life.
We went for a chill out holiday and that's exactly what we got.Really enjoyed it. :)

What did you like the most?: The apartments were very clean and relatively spacious. Prior to our trip I had requested a second floor apt with a pool view which we got. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apt and facilities in general make Apartamentos Guacimeta good value for money. As for the stay itself, the place is very clean (pool + grounds) and the location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. 5 min walk from Matagorda bars, restaurants, beach and only a ?5 taxi to Puerto Del Carmen or 30min walk. There are ample amount of sun loungers at all times throughout the day. It was very quiet and relaxing by day and night. The food and drinks available in the onsite bar/restaurant are very reasonable. Apts are cleaned every second day. Also as we had a 7.15 departure flight we were allowed to have the apt until around 4pm. Very close to the airport - approx 7 mins taxi. Taxi rank also only 3 mins walk.

What did you like the most?: Beautiful little apartments, ours had a nice view (of the sea as well)
and was located on the side. The utensils are sufficient. Very good
price quality ratio. I would not have like to be on the ground floor
near the pool though, although there weren't many children.

What did you like the most?: Guacimeta is in a great location - quiet & peaceful but only minutes from bars and restaurants in Matagorda or a 5 minute taxi ride into Puerto del Carmen. Guacimeta is very well maintained - pool area and rooms are spotless. There is a poolside cafe/restaurant which offers a varied menu and is good value for money. Would recommend Guacimeta to people who like peace & quiet but also like some nightlife on their doorstep.

What did you like the most?: Thank you for a wonderful week. The staff in the resturant were so friendly and accommodating! The pool was perfect for small children and it was very safe. It was perfect in location from the main strip and restaurants aswell as being very near to the airport. We would definitely return and advise friends to stay here.

What did you like the most?: I loved our apartment, small and cute. Though it does look a little
better in the pictures. Unheated pool 210cm deep, but after sunbathing
its really good to cool down. There is also children's pool, which I
find is very considerate to families with small children. Very quite
place, for those who wish to relax and rest. Hotel has its own little
restaurant, but I didn't like the food, much nicer and cheaper to eat at
the shopping centre, short few minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel
has its own laundry (a basic washing machine by the restaurant) it costs
3euros, but you have to have your own washing powder (about 2euros for a
small Ariel box at local shop). With taxi it takes about 8 minutes from
airport to this accommodation and costs 10euros. There is a shop in the
hotel but only has some basic things, on our way to the shopping centre
(where you can find a quite big Spar supermarket) we found a small
supermarket in another hotel, which had much more to choose from and was
only few minutes away from the apartments. Bars/Restaurants 5 minute
walk away, if you wish walk by the beach 5more minutes and you will get
a street filled with shops, bars and restaurants. Closest night club is
10-15minute away if traveling by taxi. Housekeeper came in three days
our of seven we stayed there, she changed the linen once and the towels
were changed three times. Overall really good night sleep, very quite.
Can barely notice the sound of the planes after first day. Though I
loved this hotel - for me I need accommodation to be closer to the
beach, so thats the only thing that I didn't like, but thats just me.

What did you like the most?: Whilst it was a bit out of the way of where the Ironman was taking
place, (the reason for going to Lanzarote as my sister was taking part),
it was a very easy and quick taxi ride from the airport and to the main
town. The perfect location to wind down and relax. Moreover we felt
safe, it was a short walk from some lovely restaurants and we had a
great time away from the bustle of Puerto del Carmen nightlife!! We
would definitely return. Value for money. Thankyou.
