The residence is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
It is closed on Sundays and on bank holidays.

- "We were on the seventh floor in an apartment and outside on the balcony the partition had fallen down and smashed with broken glass. In addition we complained three times that the tv had no reception and a lady finally came on the day before we were due to go home to say she couldn't fix it and we could change rooms, but there was no point by then - this was very frustrating."
