- "Natacha was very nice with us when we arrived;this hotel is really near
everything (europapark, highway...)" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No possible to call outside from the room...only at the reception! The lady at breakfast was realy not nice!!!! The tables were dirty, there was no more bread, no more eggs.... it was no possible to have dinner at the hotel, and rust is really a very sad city, no shops, only 1 restaurant open (full up of course)..."

- "We prefer to have a bar in the room for after 22h drinks."

- "large room with all necessary comodities. The staff was very freindly and tried to help best possible way."

- "A little too far away from the entrance of the parc (15-20' walk). I was very anoyed to find the restaurant closed, due to sickness of the cook. It is not easy to go out for dinner with children!"
