- What did you like the most?
- "Very reasonably priced apartment with secure underground parking. Rooftop swimming pool & terrace with both mountain & sea views."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No mention of the fact that hotel is unmanned. You need to phone and then backtrack 3km to another hotel to get a key. Difficult without a car! Difficult with most unhelpful staff. You are then expected to travel 6km every morning for breakfast!!!!! We were eventually offered breakfast across the road in a supermarket cafe (which turned out ok). The kitchen facilities were very limited. NO KETTLE. We had to use a saucepan for boiling water and then only had the choice of ONE small coffee cup or ONE small mug to make hot drinks. Definitely not 4 star !"

- "We were not aware there would be no one at the Aparthotel and we would need to pick up the keys in another hotel at the other side of the city. We have only been lucky to be told by other people who were also staying at the hotel. It could be mentionned during room's booking."

- "The arrangements for checking in. You have to go to another hotel , this is difficult when u don,t know the area. No staff on hand."
