Los elegantes apartamentos Princesa están situados en el paseo marítimo de Marbella, cerca de la zona comercial y del casco antiguo.
En la azotea hay una piscina climatizada, un restaurante y un bar con terraza, todos con vistas espectaculares que se extienden hasta África. El restaurante Bella Vista ofrece un delicioso desayuno bufé. La terraza de la azotea también es el lugar ideal para tomar el sol.
El Princesa Playa dispone de estudios y apartamentos de un dormitorio. Ambos incluyen armarios empotrados y cocina con fogón y microondas.
El cercano centro de Marbella está repleto de tiendas y restaurantes. La zona también es perfecta para practicar deportes como vela, tenis, equitación y golf. Hay una parada de autobús en la parte trasera del hotel. Puerto Banús está a sólo 10 minutos en coche.

- "didnt like that the pool cafe closed at 4pm,thought this was too early,no where to get a coffee while ralaxing by pool also was going to have meal in roof top restarant on our last night but it seem to be closed"

- "Reception staff were friendly and polite. Excellent location for what we wanted i e to be near the theatre as we went for the Opera Season. Nice small pool on rooftop to relax after being on beach or town centre exploration. Very pleased. Wood definitely go there again."

- "Location is fabulous, on the beachfront and very close to old town center. Staff were helpful."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Small bathrooms for a 4-star facility, lacking "bidet" or toilet mini-shower (for hygiene). No internet in the rooms. Remote controller of mini-split air conditionner is not supplied, so controlling temperature or fan speed was not possible. Air conditionner was very noisy (in our studio, but was not in our children's), and the outdoor unit of the neighbors was on our room balcony, and so on (so if your neighbor has the a/c on, it will blow hot air onto your balcony). The room safe needs to be rented separately. The hotel generally needs a facelift."
