- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No security because they only issue 1 set of keys per apartment but encourage you to have more sets cut. So how many sets of keys per apartment are out there in the hands of hundreds of previous tenants. The apartments are not cleaned at all during your stay, you have to take your laundry for exchange once a week."

- "Reception staff rude and ignorant. Took 150 euro cash deposit from me and insisted they never received it and therefore would not return it to us when we checked out. No air con. Manager e-mailed me to say that we could pick up the keys for our apartment at another apartment block in benidorm as we were checking in after 8 pm., But when we arrived at the block, the reception staff had no key for us & knew nothing about our key. My husband, our baby and I had to carry our luggage around be3nidorm to find a taxi to take us to another hotel for the night. We had to foot the hotel bill for 87 euro and find a taxi to take us to portofino 2 the next day. We received no apology for this in accurate information from the manager or staff at portofino 2. overall, I have never received such bad service from any accommodtion staff in the past & I travel very frequently."
