- "Location fine. Room cleaned well daily."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bedroom was fine, beds good, but the other room was hardly a living area, It was tiny - essentially a table with chairs in a kitchen area with no natural light. The reception staff at another building were kind on arrival and horrible thereafter."

- "Is pretty near from Grand Via. The room is very small but clean(every day cleaning). A good choice for 1-2 nights."

- "Our apartament wasn't located on Hortaleza street. It was located very near ,on Perez Galdos street but we have to carry our luggage twice to fifth floor..unpleasant"

- "odesa apartment was as describe at the website, it isn't big but large enough for 5 people. The kitchen wasn't provided of all utensils for 5 but easily manageable. the surrounding are looks a bit dangerous at night but we didn't have any problem and i had already changed my mind at the second day."

- "Small room on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't always work. BUT it was cheap, fit 5 people, and was near food, shopping and the Gran Via metro station. Not the best area at night though since there were prostitutes all over the street right behind the apartment."
