- "It was very comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equiped. Very warm so we didn't need blanket. The owner is very nice and interesting person. Good location, close to bus station and center."

- "I really enjoyed my stay here. This is my second visit. Pablo is
amazing. He will help you with anything. He is one of the friendliest
and nicest people I have ever met and he really cares about everyone who
comes to stay with him. For example, my plane was cancelled due to snow
and he helped me make all the arrangements to leave from a different
city. He remembered I was pregnant the last time I saw him and
thoughtfully arranged for a crib for my baby even though I forgot to ask
for one. I think there are many c=great places to stay in San Martin but
Pablo makes El Patio special."

- "Fabulous, well equipped apartment. There were only two of us but as it was quiet he gave us a huge apartment. It was quiet, well located, Good WIFI, cable TV, shower great, bed comfortable, nothing to fault."
