- "The room was dirty, i had the room 2 nights, i stayed only 1 night due to the fact i woke up with bites all over my body!, mattress had blood and pee stains amongst others im sure of, I bought my own towels cause theres were grey in color not white, i should have listened to the reviews and not the worker, she had told me they renovated it and it was safe and clean, no its not im so glad i did not take my 4 month daughter !!! i asked for a refund for the 2nd night since i didnt stay i left early in the morning since i was spending my day at disneyland, which is why i booked this place in the first place. next time i will spend an extra $100 its worth it!!!"

- "Telling them Egbert day top wit giving me a ten forty five am wake up call when I know I'm going to pay that day and so do they"

- "Friend of mine tried to drop off some stuff for me while I've been out of hotel and met real problem as usual in many places where I've been stayed earlier all was very easy and an stuff or an things been left at reception til I've picked em up. Maybe it's rule of that hotel but nobody gave me an warning about..........it's pity however"
