What did you like the most?: "*Pool area is nice and well maintained. *Apart from restaurant,
friendly personnel"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "*When arriving in restaurant in the evening, we were told it was fully booked. We insisted since we had a baby sleeping in the room, and got a table. The restaurant turned out far from full, with at most half of the tables occupied at any given time. Other clients were turned away as well with the same excuse. This is not acceptable. Restaurant also overpriced for the quality offered *bathroom spacious but missing shower capabilities *room rather old, especially carpet *restaurant for breakfast was extremely cold *quite far away from deauville/trouville, always require a car Overall overpriced/overrated hotel - value"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Split reception a slight problem but nothing too serious."

What did you like the most?: "The Shuttle to breakfast."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Pound for pound (and it was a lot of pounds/euros) this is the worst hotel I have ever booked. Overpriced, drab, poor breakfast facilities and food, the worst coffee I've tasted in France (machine produced and grey in colour) and utterly lacking in charm and soul."

What did you like the most?: "Good location for Deauville horse racing meetings, but a little out of town so transport need ed to get to centre. Modern and well maintained and serviced. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Odd layout as hotel is divided into two sections separated by the river. Fine for a quick overnight."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "A little impersonal and modern. Out of town. One for overnight business trips."
