- "There were several problems encountered at the motel. When we first walked in we stood at the counter for around ten minutes (looking around for any staff, which was nowhere to be found). When we finally found who was working, she couldn't find our reservations that we had booked online. We then went to our room and first noticed that the cords on some of the lamps had been cut. Other problems were there were huge stains on pretty much all the blankets and towels (which was just plain disgusting), there were huge holes in the ceilings in the room and also in the bathroom (which just made me uncomfortable). We found a pair of dirty crusty socks that had been left in one of the drawers. When we turned on the heater because the room was freezing, we quickly realized that night that the heater was broken and only had one setting. We were either sweating or freezing, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The motel was all together very nasty and disgusting and I was very dissatisfied. We almost decided to forfeit the money to stay in a different motel the second night. Another disappointment was that online it mentioned a open inside swimming pool. When we got there we found that the swimming pool was closed, as the staff said "No one stays here, I am surprised to see anyone". This comment from the staff right when we got there should have been a hint. I would never stay at one of the motels ever again, and was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay."
