- "Wi fi wasn't good. Breakfast choices very limited. Walls Very thin, Neighbors woke me up often. Restaurant choices limited, nearby. Very expensive but it was gem show weekend."

- "When we first arrived to the hotel the young lady couldn't find my reservation, and she was very rude about it (acted like it was our fault it wasn't there.) we had to wait 20 minutes for her to check us in. We had to leave immediatly after that to our event, didn't have time to go up to the room, when we finally got done around 7pm, we went immediatly to our room, only to find out that someone was in it. The lady earlier had given us the wrong room!! The following morning we came down to get the "continental breakfast" and that same rude lady was there (morning shift hint hint), I asked her if I that was the breakfast she nodded at me while she stared at her computer, there was no bread or cereal or orange juice!! Just Coffee (False advertisement). I would have overlooked everything, if only that lady would have been friendly, respectful, overall would had given us a good customer service. We will not be coming back to this hotel, because of the bad customer service of the morning shift lady, I suggest if you want to prevent from customers not coming back to the hotel, brush up on customer service skills."
