- "Heater in the room did not work well, and I had trouble keeping warm. A homeless man was digging through the dumpster right outside my room."

- "The hotels location was prefect for my morning commute. And the building was well maintained from the outside, curb appeal wasn't bad at all."

- "The hotel looked like a motel that you rent by the hour! The staff wasn't friendly at check in, as a matter of fact they have a bell you ring, I rang it three times when I didn?t get an answer I called then the gentlemen proceeded to tell me to ring the bell! Additionally the room smelled, the shower head was broken and had no pressure and TV remote didn?t work. The breakfast that advertised looked old stale even the juice and coffee looked horrible (unsafe to drink). I realize based on cost I shouldn't have complaints; however, when you rate a hotel a 3-star I expected better they shouldn?t be listed as hotel but rather an upscale motel as the site itself was clean and well maintained. The rooms and service was less than desirable ."
