Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was dirty. People were outside talking all night as well as coming and going in the rooms around us..."

What did you like the most?: "Even though nothing seemed to be going right and every guest had a
complaint, the staff stayed pleasant."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Requested 2 Queen beds and got 2 Twin beds. Phone did't work. Smoke alarm needed a new battery. . tv remote doesn't work. Ac in one room worked well. The other not-so-well. Got 2 key cards. One worked. Toilet didn't flush solids, leaked around its base and the handle needs jiggled or it runs all night. Live roach crawling on pillow."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The electric system in the room was out of order, we were offered another room but decised to stay."
