- "On arrival no space for me, despite confirmation through this site, but they arranged a bed in another hostel nearby and I could stay in the living area the whole day and use all facilities (exept for the bed). Was offered a free drink. Transportation (free) to the other hostel had been arranged. So in fact this is no minus!"

- "The staff at America Del Sur was excellent - very friendly, very helpful. Alex at reception assisted us greatly.
America Del Sur assisted us not only - of course - our accommodation but also the booking of our transfer from the hotel and all our tours. This took the ease of us looking around town for tour operators. They also offer packed lunches if required for the tours since food is not always accessible.
They also offer BBQ every night and food was great!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We stayed in a private room and it was not cleaned every day of stay and would have been nice to come back at end of day to the bed made and rubbish taken out of room."

- "Good hostel with nice lively atmosphere. Staff were good, friendly and helpful. Nice services such as cold beers and a nightly all you can eat BBQ. Don't let the location put you off, it's only 7 mins walk from town, 10 mins to centre. Plus it has an excellent neighbouring restaurant 2 doors up. All the tours pick up and drop off to the hostel too. Wifi in the common areas."
