- "Location was the only asset I could use for this hotel."

- "We spent hours researching accommodations in London. It came recommended by Air Transat so we selected it but paid the extra for our rooms. We were told none available, but Ishould be glad my son was upgraded from a standard room. We were also told that Booking.com took all pictures and that the hotel was not responsible for rooms not matching description on internet. We feel we were falsely informed and paid alot of money for a room not even close to what we initially booked. The staff, receptionist and acting manager were cold and rude and had a like it or not attitude. The taxi they booked for us to Victoria Station to enable us to get to Gatwick Airport was 15 pounds, which I found out would have been alot cheaper if we got a black cab. The whole experience was a money grab. We were in Ireland, Northern Ireland and England for 23 days and this was our only bad experience. Not happy.....especially with staff."

- "Although the room was very comfortable it was in the basement and there were no windows. This makes the room very depressing. I wouldn't recommend staying in the basement floor."

- "Location only, otherwise very displeased, was not at all what was described or portrayed on booking.com.....we where mislead. They told us booking.com provides photos etc, they took no respiblity and blamed others. Room was very very small, maybe 10x10, bath was so small you could go to the toilet and brush teeth at the same time. Staff were rude. Oh yes you need to pay in full as soon as you arrive."
