- "Friendly new resort with nice surrounds. Beautiful swimming pools."

- "Repetitive Turkish foods though they did try to vary on some nights. Bar staff in garden areas unfriendly. Beds very hard. Heated swimming pools were cold."

- "They did not take account of my request via booking.com for a twin room for our teenage children even though i requested this at the time of booking and again one week before arrival direct to the hotel group. They said it was because they were full but this is not acceptable."

- "most of the hotel, first the reception personnel are not friendly, they do not understand English, only one of them, they are not welling to help anybody, just take your money and go, the hotel area is not big, very small hotel, the restaurant is not a 5 stars hotel restaurant, it is big, but the glasses are always dirty, I had to change the juice glasses during my stay 14 times, yes 14 times because they are not clean, the quality of food is matching with a 3 stars hotel not a 5 stars hotel, the kids club guys are friendly and good, but the manager for them is a real disaster, he has no idea about the costumer satisfaction, house keeping is really bad, no timing to clean the rooms, I had to ask them to clean the balcony otherwise they do not, and when I asked them they were surprised why I asked for that !!! a lot of things which made me hate this hotel, I have been travelling with booking.com to Turkey and in good hotels, 5 stars hotels, 26 times in Turkey, but this one is really very bad, can not even compared with any 3 stars hotels elsewhere."
