- "Friendly hotel staff made us feel at home. The main receptionist spoke excellent English and really handled everything brilliantly."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Although it is a common practice in small Hotels to have no member of staff available in the early hours of the morning, we were not made aware that this was the case at this hotel. This meant that when on of our group needed to checkout at around 4am one morning there was no staff member available to open the hotel-safe where he was having his passport kept. It then required a call to German directory inquiries (which does not provide an English service until 7am) in order to try to obtain to obtain the phone number of the Hotel owner. To the hotels credit, the receptionist came straight over and 20mins later my friend had his passport."

- "This hotel is highly recommended. In the countryside so if you want to eat at an alternative restaurant you would need a car/taxi but would recommend that you use the restaurant which is excellent. Excellent menu - flamecake highly recommended. Breakfast also superb - such a choice. The owners and staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble."
