El restaurante del hotel sirve una amplia variedad de elaborados platos mediterráneos. Su especialidad es el famoso caviar y el esturión de Riofrío.
En verano, la parrilla-barbacoa situada junto a la piscina puede utilizarse para comidas, cenas, bodas y otros eventos.
El restaurante permanecerá cerrado en noviembre y diciembre, excepto festivos y Nochevieja. Este hotel está ubicado en una antigua fábrica de aceite de Riofrío, un edificio que presenta una arquitectura única e histórica combinada con instalaciones modernas.
El ambiente de cuento de hadas de este edificio refleja la tradición mediterránea y ofrece a sus huéspedes un entorno tranquilo e íntimo.

- "Very modern, clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful."

- "Breakfast : Could do with a more imaginative selection. (Bread selection poor) Pool area : Well laid out pool area, but needs some TLC. Replace some of the umbrellas and loungers and reprint the pool surround would improve look. Tidy up loungers at end of day and move away from overnight automatic watering system would make it look tidier."
