- "Bed sheets were torn and blood stained. Beds were old, lumpy and uneven; unsatisfactory nights' sleep. Pillows were too thin. Towels were too small. Coffee service needs more cream. Carpets were old, worn out and/or stained throughout. No program guide in cable TV service. Noisy plumbing in walls."
