- "Bed was comfortable, fridge was cold"

- "The shower leaked, walking around on the floor barefooted turned your feet black, the tv didnt have good reception, the carpet was ripped and missing patches the heater was in parts on the floor, not a good place for a toddler to be in."

- "I did not like anything about the hotel. It was dirty, broken down, and
no service. We had no clean towels the heaters are hot water heat. The
rooms were freezing. We told them about it and she said they would have
to turn the boilers back on. That took until 11:00pm. We have children
that are very young and could have very easily gotten hurt by the
heater. It was laying apart on the ground with could exposed. Very
dirty. Dog hair everywhere. Apparently the vacuum works like averything
else in that place."

- "We stayed at the motel just to break a long journey."

- "When we wanted to check in, our booking could not be found in their system. Then, we had to wait more than half an hour for them to prepare our room. The room was dirty, reeked of cigarette, and the air-condi was so noisy."
