- "A pizzeria/trattoria closer to the hotel would have been welcome."

- "Great location, not too far from the city (Cefalu) and the beach but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English language skills. Great local food, both for breakfast and dinner."

- "The shuttle bus service let us down once."

- "all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and ready to help, and be flexible to my needs. the room was pleasant and clean. the breakfast was really excellent. the gardens were full of beautiful mature trees, shrubs and flowers with a spacious covered car park adjacent."

- "i think you should offer tea-=making facilities in the room. also i found the shuttle bus was too infrequent. if at all possible it would be useful to have breakfast availbale earlier then 7.30."
