What did you like the most?: "Excellent location - central to everywhere. Fabulous reception/concierge staff who are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, always available. Really made a difference to our stay."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "They need a proper bar area. Two evenings out of 5 they had private functions and it was not possible to have a pre/post dinner drink apart from sitting in the main reception area. Also it on these evenings it was not possible to book dinner in the hotel which for the price of the rooms (Euro 350) is not acceptable."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Access to our suite. Apparently there is a private elevator, accessible only to owner or broken. The result was a long trek up and down several level changes and a long staircase from the fourth floor elevator. I have a hard time watching housemaids struggling with my luggage, so helped them myself. Where were bellmen? Or at least a service lift to haul the bags? Very nice suite, probably would not book again."

What did you like the most?: "The hotel was lovely, the location was excellent with a beautiful view
of the Duomo and the Pallazo Vecchio tower from the bar deck. The staff
were very friendly, spoke wonderful English and were very helpful. The
breakfast (that was included) was the best we ever had during our entire
trip to Italy, we would highly recommend this hotel."
