- "Shower head was pretty bad and needed replacing. People complain about the location but if you do some research you'll realise you need a car to get into town. The hotel slightly exaggerates the distances to a beach and Nerja."

- "Very clean room , lots of towels and toiletries. Reasonable choice on breakfast buffet. The hotel was in a convenient place to break a late journey and was fine for one night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

- "Very dated decor in room. Bed heads rattled at the slightest movement. Very poor water pressure in bathroom; too low to have a shower."

- "We had two rooms for five days and both the rooms the air con didn't work, I reported it to the staff twice on two different days and it was still not fixed on departure. My sister in law is 81 and bad on her feet, again we reported that the lift button on the top floor did not work and had to walk down the stairs, the lift company had a 24 hour call out again I was not fixed when we left, it was a pity as we liked the hotel and stayed there last year. I am not complaining but just making suggestions as little things like this can give the customer the wrong feeling that they don't care and give the hotel bad reports and with every one struggling is not a good thing, I don't think that is the case as all the staff are good. please pass this on to the hotel not as a complaint. hope this is a fair report.
