- "Location, large rooms, garden atmosphere down walkway"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Between two rooms we had several problems - light not working, hot water not enough for two quick showers, smokers allowed outside rooms next to your room, no water pump was plugged in so no water pressure until requested, had to wait to make a room key for about a half hour and then find out they had one. Now I get a notice that the hotel notified Booking.com that we did not stay and owe a cancellation fee."

- "Centrally located opposite the Plaza and very close to restaurants and shopping"

- "We were told breakfast was included but it wasn't. Hotel really run down. Pool not used and area in disrepair. Restaurant shut down. Bathroom in a horrible state with mold and mildew and a disgusting shower curtain. Had to ask for soap, towels and a jug for water. Mainly used as a long term cheap hotel for people wintering there. Would definitely not recommend the hotel but liked Ajijic"
