Is there anything you didn't like?: "I spent one hour looking for it. I came off A4."

What did you like the most?: "Good points - Very nice rooms, free wi-fi and extremely nice staff. Excellent continental breakfast, very good restaurant in the evening."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Bad points - on a major road, so some road noise early morning, gym could do with more facilities (though machines are new), balcony plant boxes neglected."
