What did you like the most?: "Very spacious room, excellent facilities, very clean."

What did you like the most?: "The breakfast staff and that's where it ends."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Stairway to heaven. We got a 3rd floor room where the window faces a wall and that's all you get to see during your entire stay and there are no elevators in the hotel. Despite requesting that my elderly mother could not climb up the 72 steps they showed no sympathy. It was pretty much an attitude of 'too bad that she is old'. I have never had such an awful experiences in any hotel anywhere in my memory."
