- "Staff is friendly and ready to help. Watchout: given this is not hotel, but residance of apartments - reception only works 9 to 14. Excellent location close to key sightseeings and not too far from car parking."

- "Washing machine is at your disposal, I.e. hostess will take it and return back to you washed. but making clothes dry is on your own, we got them hang out around whole apartment for 24 hours to get them dried, because there is no facilities for that."

Turn right at the top corner (can't go anywhere else) then go along this street past 1st bridge. Apartment building is on right just before 2nd bridge. If you come to square you need to turn back. Easier to get this way then lug cases over many bridges but not impossible. Close to everywhere. Receptionist very helpful. Let us leave cases behind reception as no lift. Excellent value for money for 4 adults. Loved the balcony area."

- "No lift. We had the top floor apartment but were able to leave cases on ground floor and just take hand luggage up."
