- "The suite was comfortable enough and very clean."

- "It isn't a hotel. It seems to be one of a number of random suites in a huge apartment block. The building was easy enough to find but the apartment was not. There was a front desk for the building and people with very little English directed us up a set of stairs (with our heavy cases) and told us we had to walk along 50 m then go up to the 17th floor (there are two lifts but it is a huge block so that finding one empty enough to take us and our two cases took some considerable time). On the 17th floor we finally found the office for Augustine suites. The staff were helpful but we then had to trundle back down the crowded lifts with our gear to the fifth floor to our apartment. The apartment windows look out onto a huge concrete wall without windows. The breakfast was close to inedible -- a tray in the refrigerator with small packages of processed this and that, a couple of slices of bread and a little bit of cheese."

- "I didn't like the build. It was confuse to found the reception, I'm a travel agent and I can't recommend this hotel to my clients"

We were back about an hour later and our room was ready but to our surprise we were upgraded to a larger suite as a way of apology for the waiting which was really nice of them. The room itself was excellent. Next morning, a full continental breakfast was delivered to our door which we enjoyed very much. Breakfast included fruits, yoghurt, juice, cornflakes, bread, cheese, ham and cakes. As we only stayed one night, there was no pressure on us to leave next day. We highly recommend this hotel and will have no problem staying there again"
