- What did you like the most?
- "Location - it's nestled in the old town so you can walk everywhere,
but it's away from the noisy restaurant strip. The staff are
friendly and helpful and mostly speak English. There's a pc in the
room. Roof terrace overlooking the sea and the Blue Mosque. Lots of nice
places to eat round the corner." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Not so clean. There was hair in the shower drain which never got removed - even after I mentioned it. It wasn't mine... I'm bald! No lights at the bed, no light control switch or power sockets there either, so you have to get out of bed to put the main light out. Breakfast is ghastly. Powdered orange juice, instant coffee, powdered milk, cold boiled eggs, bright pink processed "meat" and rubbery cheese, all of which had been sitting out for a while. I paid for a "superior" room - god knows what an ordinary one was like. It doesn't have a star rating, and that tells you something. It's overpriced for what you get. &Quot;Boutique" implies class and quality. It had neither. Oh, and there's no "bistro", just the breakfast room. The people running it are nice... It's fairly new... It might improve."
