Bar staff had slight difficulty with language difference so few misunderstandings. Overall great location, good size room with large bathroom including bath and hairdryer. Breakfast very good with hot english and standard european cold breakfast meats & cheese etc. Good service at breakfast."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We wanted to order room service as we were extremely tired from a days travel. The restaurant was not open.. only the bistro. There was confusion trying to order as the Bistro Staff could not understand english and we were not good at Italian (so not their fault at all) We finally managed to get a meal - ordered the chicken breast - assuming it would have some vegetable or salad - chicken breast was just steamed - no sauce and what appeared to be 5 cooked and diced carrots on each plate - - bit extreme for 22 euro each!!"

- "The welcome at the reception, the willingness of the staff to solve any problems, the politeness of the staff at the breakfast room, the quality of the breakfast buffet and the comfort of the guestroom were the things that counted most for me. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends and associates."

- "My only difficulty was the hardness of the bed matress which did not allow me to rest propersly, however this may be a personal view."
